Envisioning & Planning
Our introductory meeting is the ideal time to share your needs and goals. First, we learn about your preferred budget and scope of work. From there, we perform an initial home consultation, exploring your personal style, daily habits and desired features.
Budget & Scope Agreement
In the second phase, we get everyone’s ideas on the same page. Based on the plans you’ve had drawn, our team presents a preliminary budget and scope agreement, refining and adjusting the contract until your expectations are met. Once you’ve signed off, we schedule a time for our team to take specific site measurements at your home.
Estimating & Materials
Next, our estimator sets up site meetings with our sub-trades to get firm pricing. Meanwhile, our design coordinator helps you choose the materials that will shape your space’s aesthetic—from cabinetry and countertops, to flooring and fixtures. Together, we choose colors and finishes and make the final selections.
Final Contract
Now, it’s time to finalize your contract. Our team presents a quotation and contract outlining the scope of the project, details cost breakdown, and payment schedule. Then, we make any necessary adjustments and get your final sign off.
Construction
After all our preparation and dedication, construction commences. First, we go over the work to come with our site superintendent and lead carpenter. Then, as the work proceeds, Jenkins Construction Services remains in very close contact with you.
Project Completion
Finally, your new space is a reality.
